This year involved a lot of Dr Seuss, Noddy and Tellytubbies. the first two I had educational computer programs featuring the characters. My favourite was the Dr Seuss Alphabet, a journey through the letters with the final letter being a special challenge given the American pronunciation.
Noddy's program featured a rather annoying game I seem to remember. It was for kids but any parent knows you have to engage what they do, so I did play the game a few times; or at least play along.
Fun can still be had with cardboard boxes and paddling pools.
Wallace and Gromit get a look in, not so much Pingu. And I am still on the hunt for a car and caravan toy model. (I do eventually find one but it was difficult; you do what you can to fulfill their wishes.)
